The ground floor hosts three bedrooms with diverse sleeping arrangements - a double bed, a bunk bed, and two single beds. Ceiling fans ensure a cool and comfortable stay. Two complete bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub, add convenience.
Inside, the villa boasts a charming decor with wooden furniture and vintage touches, creating a warm and intimate atmosphere. The living room, furnished with a comfortable leather sofa and a smart TV, invites relaxation. Step onto the covered terrace overlooking the pool for a peaceful breakfast or evening drink with stunning views.
The fully-equipped kitchen and outdoor barbecue provide options for delightful meals with family and friends. Upstairs, discover a double bedroom with a private bathroom and a modern studio with floor-to-ceiling glass walls, offering panoramic views of Calonge mountains and the Mediterranean Sea.
Surrounded by a spacious garden, the villa offers shaded areas to escape the summer heat and ensures total privacy. A private driveway with an automatic gate leads to a parking area for two cars. Additional information:

No smoking allowed in the house .
Well trained small pets are welcome - max 1.
Bed linen and towels (2 per person) are included in the price for all guests.
· Groups of young people under 25 and parties are not allowed in this house. Families and couples looking for a quiet and relaxing holiday are more than welcome.
· Before your arrival, it is mandatory to complete the online check-in by providing the information required under the Real Decreto 933/2021. If you would like to receive more information about this regulation and the data it requires, we will be happy to assist you.
· The tourist tax is not included in the booking price. It will be charged according to the rate in force at the time of check-in.
· Key collection and return take place at our office in Calonge (Costabravaway), located just a few minutes' drive from our accommodations.
